"The Look" is a study of the beautiful Brown Bear - the piercing eyes and beautiful coat creates a stunning view of the face of this bear.
Taken in 2015, this piece began as a photograph grabbed quickly without getting too close. Shot with a 400mm lens, I was quite a way from this majestic bear.
Hand stroked with digital painting, each hair and highlight were measured against the true vision of this beautiful animal.
