We are a no-nonsense company.  YOU tell us the shots you need and we will shoot them.  All of the images we create are yours for instant downloading in both High Resolution and Web compressed, all within about 24 hours.

No additional fees for additional photographs – you get everything we photograph!

YOU are the client so you may provide YOUR client with the best at an affordable price.

We charge for our time, equipment and skill.

Not by the photo

• $125 / hour (shoot time only – travel time not included)
• You give us the shot list
• All photographs created are yours
• High Resolution Digitals
• Web Compressed Digitals
• Custom named images reflecting location address
• Online gallery with instant download capabilities
• You decide on “dramatic”  or “as is”  look
• No RUSH charges
• 24 – 48 hour turn around
• 10% discount on all services & products with exclusive photographer agreement
• Pay As You Go or On Account – (with approval)
• No travel fees within 30 miles of our office (North FW)
• Retouching rate (clean up only within guidelines) $25/hour
• After Hours or Weekend Fee - $35/hour additional to base price
• Interior and Exterior photographs included
